I, Doctor hereby give my consent to Emcure Pharmaceuticals Ltd., incorporated under Companies Act 1956 and validly existing under Companies Act, 2013 having its registered office at Plot No. P-1, I.T.B.T. Park, Phase II, M.I.D.C. Hinjawadi, Pune – 411 057 (“Emcure”), to use photo/video/testimonial/ comment/ view/ opinion provided by me ("hereinafter referred to as "Content") on social/digital platform or internal intranet of Emcure and its group companies.

I am aware that the Content can be viewed by the general public who may reuse the Content to post their own comments/ views/ opinions. I agree, undertake, declare and confirm that the Content is my own personal view/ opinion and Emcure shall not be responsible or held liable in any manner whatsoever for any actions in relation of the Content.
